Message from the President: Scotts LawnService Partnership

The past few months have been bittersweet for me at Action Pest Control. As you may have heard, Action Pest Control has decided to partner with Scotts LawnService. As a business owner, one cannot simply retire from ownership; the only option is to sell. And, while it was a difficult decision, I knew that my employees and customers would be taken care of with Scotts LawnService.

Although there may be some migration of Action’s brand over time, Scotts LawnService is not looking to make any changes for at least the next 12 – 18 months. There are no plans to make any changes in your services or pricing. You will continue to receive the same excellent service from your current technician. In fact, all of our employees are continuing with Scotts LawnService in their current roles, including me. I will continue to work in a consultative role for at least the next two years. Keith Smith, our Chief Operating Officer, is also maintaining his role and will continue overseeing all operational aspects of the company.

I want to thank you for your support over the years as I know many of you have been loyal customers for a decade or more. Your satisfaction is still our first priority.
