Action Pest Control Hires HR Manager
This issue’s Employee Spotlight features Action Pest Control’s new Human Resource Manager, Paula Bazemore. Paula comes to Action Pest Control with a wealth of knowledge stemming from over 13 years in the Human Resources field in Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois. Most recently, she was employed by ResCare as Executive Director and Human Resource Director.
Paula is excited about being a part of Action’s Human Resources team, as well as working closely with managers and employees. One of Paula’s first priorities is to meet managers and employees at all of Action's eight locations. Building working relationships and providing excellent customer service is important to Paula. “We’re excited to have Paula on board,” says Keith Smith, Chief Operating Officer. “We are confident she will serve as a great coach and advocate for all levels of our personnel.”
Paula graduated from Baker College with a MBA in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Northcentral University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and 2 children: Morgan is 17, and Austin is 10. She enjoys following UK sports, NASCAR, and football events. Paula currently lives in Owensboro, KY.
