September 20, 2007 – What You Should Know About Your Fall Quarterly Service
One of the goals of Action Pest Control is to have open communication with our clients. We strive to provide the best possible service with no hassles for you. Because we may not see you each time we perform your service, we would like to explain what your Fall Quarterly Service entails.
Your technician will do a PPM (Preventive Pest Management) inspection to identify any pest activity and conducive conditions. An exterior barrier treatment will be applied to the foundation to prevent crawling insects from entering. At this time, your technician will treat exterior entry points with a residual product to prevent pests from entering the structure via door thresholds, window frames, utility penetrations, eaves, or vents. Finally, your crawlspace will be inspected and treated to control pests common to this area (when accessible).
Your Fall Quarterly Service focuses on controlling and preventing specific pests that are active this time of year, as well as addressing any other current pest activity.
The pests targeted during your Fall Quarterly Service are:
Ants
Ground Beetles
Crickets
Mice
Spiders
