Keith Smith Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Kevin C. Pass, President and CEO of Action Pest Control, has announced that Keith Smith has assumed an equity position in Action Pest Control, Inc. His new title is Chief Operating Officer which is more reflective of his increasing role in the future of Action.

“Keith plays a key role in providing for the continued growth of Action,” Pass stated.  “We are excited about what’s in store for 2011 and are fortunate to have such an experienced, proven individual in this key leadership position,” he concluded.

Smith previously served as Operations Manager with Action Pest Control for the last three years.  Prior to coming to Action Pest Control, he held various management positions in the pest control industry with over 15 years experience.  Smith holds a BS in Finance from Murray State University.  He resides in Newburgh, IN with his wife, Renee, and their four sons.
