Do I have to drive my own car?
All of action's service technicians, sales people and service managers are provided with a company vehicle. After six months continuous employment, employees are allowed take home privileges.
Do I have to have special training?
All states require that you become state certified. Action offers a great in-house training program to prepare all technical personnel for the exam and this training is continual throughout an employee's career at Action.
Do you offer any retirement benefits?
Yes, after one year of employment, employees can participate in our Simple Plan. Action will match up to 3% of their employee's contribution.
Does Action offer insurance?
Yes, Action has an excellent benefit package available the first month following the end of your 90 days.
How do you pay?
Action's payday is the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month and the paycheck is directly deposited into your banking account. The amount of pay varies depending on your position in the company.
Will I be required to work weekends?
Yes. We are a service industry and may have clients whom request a Saturday appointment. Most positions are required to work one Saturday per month till noon.
